We are able to respond to any kind of request. To a young clientele, or whoever is concerned with saving money, we suggest our low-cost offers. These are based on attic solutions where we can assure the same comfort as traditional apartments. But at a better price.
To all those who don’t want any compromise between comfort and saving we can offer our traditional apartments. You will find a cosy and comfortable apartment for your holidays, by choosing between solutions based on one or two bedrooms, with dining room, kitchenette and bathroom. However these are apartments for two or three people, maximum five.
Each apartment is provided with TV. There is also a safe for keeping your valuables. Washing machines are also available in a special laundry area. Each apartment is covered by Internet connection via Wireless 20 Mbps. On the ground floor there is a large dining room with library at your complete disposal and a play area for our younger guests.
All our apartments are supplied by renewable energy sources.
Position:
our apartments are located 150 m from the beach, between the historical centre of Cervia and the Lungomare, five minutes’ walk from the railway station. You can easily reach us from any part of the town, we are located in viale Volturno 73.
Beaches:
There’s just an embarrassing wealth of options. The nearby beach resorts are all modern and well equipped, perfectly in line with the traditional hospitality of the Adriatic Coast of Romagna, so as to meet all your requirements in terms of entertainment and gastronomy. We don’t have any special agreements but have some good relationships with a few beach resorts, ask for details.
The free beach is not more than 500 metres away and is provided with essential and free amenities.
The Surroundings:
Mirabilandia, the largest amusement park in Europe, is only 15 minutes by car along the SS16 road, in the direction of Ravenna.
Italia in Miniatura is the best way to visit all Italy in just one day, it is in Rimini.
Cervia Nature Park and the walks in the pinewood, the “Butterfly House” and the Spa of Cervia can all be reached in 10 minutes by bike. The nature routes between the pinewood and the salt pans of Cervia, to taste the “Salt of Camillona”, a product recognized by Slow Food.
