Three-room apartments

We would recommend our three-room apartments to a maximum of 5-6 adults. These are apartments consisting of:

The first bedroom sleeps three, there is one double bed and one single bed, the second bedroom sleeps a further two. It is possible to add a sixth bed either in the larger bedroom or in the living room.

The three-room apartments are located on the first and second floors, but if you have problems with stairs, let us know, we also have some apartments on the upper ground floor. These apartments are accessible via a half-flight of stairs.

We care about meeting the needs of our guests. We offer the apartments both for short periods, such as single weekends, and for longer periods, up to the entire length of the season, from May to September. We can also satisfy all the requests in between, for stays of one week up to one month. The apartments are equipped with:

All the apartments for rent for your holiday in Cervia come complete with dishwasher and all equipment necessary for cooking, including a complete set of saucepans in stainless steel. In the kitchen you will find a fridge freezer with a four star freezer compartment. On request, for our youngest guests we provide cots with sidebars. Every apartment is equipped with a TV point, with satellite dish. If you have a paytv subscription, bring your decoder with you, and you can follow your favourite programmes even when you’re on holiday.

How to find us

• We are located in Cervia, in a central location 150 metres from both the Seafront and the centre. The apartments are located on viale Volturno 73, just before the intersection with viale Dei Mille.
