In the Low-cost three-room apartments you will find the first bedroom sleeps two-three people, there is one double bed and one single bed, and the second bedroom sleeps a further two. In this second bedroom there may be one double bed or two twin beds, depending on the apartment. There is a further bed available in the living room. Please ask for details.

The Low-cost apartments are located on the third floor and, thanks to the newly renovated roof, and the large windows, guarantee a level of comfort equal to that of the apartments on the lower floors, but at a very competitive price. Our Low-cost offers are the best solution for those looking for the best price but without sacrificing comfort.

We care about meeting the needs of our guests. We offer the apartments both for short periods, such as single weekends, and for longer periods, up to the entire length of the season, from May to September. All the apartments for rent for your holiday in Cervia come complete with dishwasher and all equipment necessary for cooking, including a complete set of saucepans in stainless steel. In the kitchen you will find a fridge freezer with a four star freezer compartment. On request, for our youngest guests we provide cots with sidebars. Every apartment is equipped with a TV point, with satellite dish. If you have a paytv subscription, bring your decoder with you, and you can follow your favourite programmes even when you’re on holiday.
